Second-quality and remnant jersey fabric rolls from Honduras knitting mills. Available in 50/50 poly-cotton and 100% cotton, tubular and open-width, in weights from 140 to 200 GSM. These are production overruns and minor-defect rolls — not damaged fabric.
Second-quality jersey fabric gets downgraded for minor issues: a color shade slightly off spec, a knitting variation invisible to end consumers, or a roll that's shorter than the production order required. The fabric itself is structurally identical to first-quality — same fiber content, same weight, same stretch and recovery. Honduras mills produce jersey for major US brands (Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan), meaning our second-quality rolls meet the base standards of world-class production. For manufacturers making products where exact Pantone matching isn't critical — cleaning rags, craft projects, stuffing covers, industrial applications — second-quality jersey at 40-60% below first-quality pricing is the obvious choice.

Our jersey rolls range from 140 GSM (lightweight, t-shirt weight) to 200 GSM (heavier interlock). The most common grade is our F14 jersey polyester 50/50 remnant at 160-180 GSM. Raw (undyed) jersey fabric (F13) runs slightly heavier at 180-200 GSM.
Yes. We sell both full rolls (50-100 meters) and remnant pieces (5-30 meters). Full rolls come in tubular format (30-36 inch diameter) or open-width (60-72 inches). Remnant rolls are shorter pieces from production changeovers — same quality, shorter length, lower price.
For production where exact color matching is critical, no — our fabric is second-quality with potential shade variations. For products where function matters more than color precision (rags, undergarments, craft projects, industrial covers), absolutely. The fabric is structurally identical to first-quality.
